At about 6 am on March 19, people suddenly discovered two young men with a motorbike lying motionless at the foot of Ban Yen bridge in group 5, Yen Binh town, Quang Binh district (Ha Giang province). Upon examination, both of them were found dead.
Immediately, the incident was reported to the local authorities.
A few minutes later, the police quickly arrived to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.

At the scene, the authorities noticed the bridge was about 3 -5m high above the water surface, at the foot of the bridge overhanging stone and cement.
The identities of the two victims are Mr. Hoang Van T. (31 years old) and Hoang Van D. (34 years old, living in Moi village, Xuan Giang commune, Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province).
Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
