Accordingly, around 3pm on March 18, Mr. Hoang Van Binh (66 years old, living in Hoa Son village) went to Mr. Tran Van Ngu’s house (49 years old, residing in Chinh Thanh village, together with Vo Liet commune) to drink alcohol. During the drinking process, there was a conflict between Mr. Ngu and Mr. Binh.
Then, Mr. Ngu took a gourd knife and stabbed him many times, causing Mr. Binh to die.
