Step 1:

Peel the avocado, mash it with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.

Add lemon to the above mixture and mix well.

Step 2:

Fry the shrimp until golden brown on both sides, season with salt and sprinkle with a mixture of herbs and spices.

Fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is tender.

Step 3:

Step 4:

Gently crack the eggs into a small bowl.
