Arriving at the place, the Quyen group in turn visited the house of 4 people from the Long group in Trung Son village, Suoi Nghe commune and threw firecrackers, including Long’s house.

Through extracting security camera data, it was determined that at 2:58 a.m., there were 3 cars coming to Long’s house, Quyen’s group got off the car and threw light-emitting objects into the yard. In addition, there was 1 subject who used a gun to shoot at the Long family.

At the scene, the police agency seized 4 unexploded artillery pieces, some pieces of exploding artillery shells and 4 metal shells (according to the conclusions of the assessment, the above ammunition of the supporting tool gun, not the gun shell). military weapons).

During the investigation, the subjects Si, Dan, Khang, Truong and Duy confessed to being the one who directly threw the cannon, and Nguyen Tan Phu was the one who used the gun to shoot 4 bullets.
