Two female tourists were identified as Ms. PHV (born in 2001 in Van Don island district, Quang Ninh province) and BPT (born in 1999 in Cat Linh ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi). When invited to the ward to see the evidence recorded by the working group, the two women admitted that their behavior was not right. They said they will learn from deep experience and comply with epidemic prevention regulations anytime, anywhere.

The space of Hoan Kiem pedestrian street has been deployed for nearly 2 days (from 6pm on March 18) and has received thousands of visitors to visit and have fun.
To ensure security and order and prevent epidemics in the area, Hoan Kiem District Police has organized interdisciplinary working groups with 12 fixed posts. Coordinating with fixed posts, there are 5 mobile patrol teams arranged to work 6 closed shifts at different hours of the day to ensure security and order. At all checkpoints, there are temperature monitors and medical staff and police are on duty to ask people to strictly comply with regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
