U23 Vietnam reunites with teacher Han in Dubai
After a long journey from Hanoi, U23 Vietnam set foot in Dubai (UAE), preparing for the friendly tournament Dubai Cup 2022.
Recruit U23 Vietnam on the way to Dubai on the evening of March 19, with 28 players. During this trip abroad, the acting head coach of Vietnam U23 Lee Young Jin had a negative result for SARS-CoV-2, so he went to the UAE with the team.
The whole team is in good health despite taking a long time to travel and transit.

In Dubai, U23 Vietnam reunited with coach Gong Oh Kyun – who was awarded Coach Park Hang Seo introduced to lead the U23 team after SEA Games 31.
Before going to the UAE, U23 Vietnam said goodbye to Doan Anh Viet because of Covid-19 and Mai Xuan Quyet was injured and 4 players were promoted to Vietnam including Ly Cong Hoang Anh, Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Nguyen Thanh Binh and Le Van Xuan.
According to the schedule of the 2022 Dubai Cup international U23 tournament, U23 Vietnam meets U23 Iraq in the first round on March 23 and U23 Croatia in the second round on March 26. Round 3 takes place on March 29 (unknown opponent).
