17 military schools announce enrollment plans in 2022

This year, 17 higher education institutions of the Ministry of National Defense keep enrollment stable as in 2021.

In 2022, the total target for admission to 17 universities and academies of disciplines army is close to 5,000. Accordingly, the target of organizing enrollment into military schools this year will basically remain stable and be implemented as in 2021.

Subjects for enrollment are active-duty and discharged soldiers between the ages of 18 and 23, and non-army youths between the ages of 17 and 21.

In particular, this year all military schools recruited male candidates, only 3 academies (Military Medical Academy, Military Technical Academy, and Military Science Institute) recruited women.

In terms of enrollment methods, this year’s military schools still apply for admission from the results of the high school graduation exam of the enrollment year; conducting direct admission examination, prioritizing admission and selecting excellent students at high school level. In addition, this year, military schools still organize admissions according to combinations like in 2021.

For military schools, candidates who submit a pre-qualification application can adjust their aspirations to apply for admission by school groups as follows:

Group 1: includes the academies: Logistics, Navy, Border Guard, Air Defense – Air Force (command staff system) and officer schools: Army 1, Army 2, Politics, Commando, Artillery Infantry, Tank Armor, Chemical Defense, Information, Engineers.

Group 2: includes academies: Military Engineering, Military Medicine, Military Science, Air Defense – Air Force (Aeronautical Engineering System).

Military academies and schools only consider admission to military colleges and universities for candidates who: pass the pre-qualification and meet the criteria prescribed by the Ministry of National Defense; attend the high school graduation exam in 2022 to get the results of university and college entrance examination; exams and exam subjects suitable to the combination of exam subjects for admission to military schools that candidates register.

Regarding admission criteria, military schools implement a common benchmark for candidates who are soldiers and young people outside the Army; determine separate benchmarks for male and female subjects (if the school recruits female candidates); according to candidates with permanent residence or according to each Military Zone; Candidates who are active-duty military personnel shall have their recruitment points determined according to their permanent residence. For academies, the school has simultaneous admission of A00 and A01 complexes.

In addition, some schools and academies also have their own regulations. The sub-criteria in the entrance examination are also clearly noted: In case there are many candidates with the same score, the number of successful candidates exceeds the assigned quota, using the scores of the subjects in the selection combination as the criteria. supplementary criteria for admission.

Candidates who do not pass the 1st desire (the highest aspiration) to academies and schools in the Army will be considered for the next aspiration to the schools outside the Army according to the order of priority of the candidate’s aspirations. registered under the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The Air Force Officer School conducts a general admissions criteria for military pilot training for candidates throughout the country.

The Military Medical Academy implements a common standard for both entrance exams: Math, Physics, Chemistry (A00 combination) and Math, Chemistry, Biology (B00 combination).

Academy of Military Science: Implement a common benchmark for the same male or female candidates in the whole country applying for training in foreign languages ​​and international relations; Implement a common benchmark between the selection groups: A00 and A01 groups for training in Technical Reconnaissance. The D01 and D02 complexes for training in Russian language; Combination of D01 and D04 in training Chinese language.
