Initially determined due to emotional conflicts, husband and wife Tran Van Luong (SN 1988) and Ms. Tran Thi V. (SN 1987, residing in Son Duong, Tuyen Quang) moved to live separately. This couple has 3 children together.
Some time ago, Ms. V. stayed temporarily at her brother’s house in Binh Man village (Son Nam commune). During her life here, Ms. V. brought Mr. Tran X. Ph. (residing in Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang) to stay with.
On the evening of March 20, subject Tran Van Luong brought a knife to the house to kill his wife and her lover. As a result, Mr. Ph. died on the spot, Ms. V. died on the way to the emergency room. After committing the crime, Luong surrendered.
The case is currently under investigation by the police.
