According to the police, at around 9:20 pm on March 6, at house number 04, Xuong Giang street, Tran Phu ward, Bac Giang city, there was a slashing incident, resulting in Mr. Luong Van Quyen (SN 1986, residing in Hanoi). During the investigation, it was determined that, due to conflicts, Nguyen Van Hoan and his son Nguyen Van Hiep went to the residence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hau (36 years old, residing at No. 4, Xuong Giang Street, Tran Phu Ward, Bac Giang City. ) and a scuffle broke out with Ms. Hau and Mr. Luong Van Quyen (who is Ms. Hau’s friend). Then, Quyen was stabbed by Hoan and Hiep with a knife, slashing repeatedly, seriously injuring him.
During the scuffle, Quyen used a knife to fight back, causing Hiep to be injured. As a result of the scene examination, 03 knives and 01 baseball bat were seized.
