Successfully tested personal “flying saucer” in the US

Washington, D.C.-based company Zeva Aero is developing a round and flat personal flying vehicle that looks like UFOs of aliens in sci-fi movies.

The Zero flying saucer has just been tested for the first time over a field south of Seattle. Zero is made of carbon fiber, has a diameter of 2.4 meters and is equipped with an electric motor similar to that used in drones.

The plane has 8 engines, can fly about 80 km after each charge. The vehicle takes off vertically and can fly forward at a speed of nearly 260 km/h.

This is an environmentally friendly electric aircraft, which is expected to become an ideal personal transport in the future. The product is expected to be on the market in 2026.
