According to witnesses, at that time, suspect Bui Van Dang (born in 1990, residing in Keo Quang village, Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province) stabbed the abdomen with a knife near the spleen. on the left of Mr. Bui Van Chinh (SN 1981), Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province. Although the victim then ran away, he was still chased by Bui Van Dang and cut his neck with a knife, causing Mr. Chinh to die on the spot.
Next, suspect Bui Van Dang went to the street, met Mr. Tran Van Dung (SN 1983, residing in Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province) and continued to stab Mr. Dung with a knife, seriously injuring him. Currently, Mr. Dung has been taken to the emergency room at Yen Bai Provincial General Hospital.
After committing the crime, Bui Van Dang fled the scene. The police deployed forces to arrest the subject.
