The husband’s penis was cut off: The wife checked the cam and saw strange behavior with her stepchild

Regarding the case “Cut wife of the quarter husband and then disbanded” in Son La, the government of Chieng Hac commune, Yen Chau district, Son La province said that Mr. Nguyen Van H. had repeatedly engaged in bad behavior towards his wife’s stepchildren.

According to Business and Marketing, Mrs. N’s daughter told her mother many times about Mr. H’s (stepfather’s) behavior, but because there was no evidence, Mr. H refused to admit it. Mrs. N talked to Mr. H many times, but he didn’t listen.

For evidence, Mrs. N. bought a camera and secretly placed it at her daughter’s bedside. At around noon on March 18, Ms. N checked the camera and discovered that Mr. H. had “unusual” behavior towards his daughter.

Too frustrated, Mrs. N. planned to “handle” her husband. She went to the market to buy a 40,000-dong knife and then waited until the night of March 19, while her husband was sleeping, she used a knife to amputate Mr. H’s “vagina”. Then Ms. N went to the police headquarters to report.

Mr. H. was then taken to the emergency room at Son La Provincial General Hospital in a state of pain in many areas of the penis. In the penis, there is an amputation wound at the base of the penis, around a lot of blood clots, it is difficult to identify the urethral opening and the testes on both sides.

Immediately after receiving it, the doctors quickly made a conclusion and diagnosis: The wound was severed from the penis due to being cut and plastic surgery was performed.

The doctors conducted endotracheal anesthesia, examined the wound, which was complicated by cutting the penis close to the base completely without the penis and urethra; 2 testicles were severed, scrotal skin was completely lost, leaving a large skin defect.

The doctors performed stitches to stop the bleeding of the cavernous body, shape the skin flap with stalks, and stitch the remaining urethra. After surgery, patient Nguyen Van H. was awake, the wound was dry, there was pain at the incision and continued to be monitored and cared for after surgery at the Department of General Surgery.

Besides, the penis is cut with a knife requires doctors to treat the wound, wash the severed part properly to avoid infection.

Dr. Truong added: Penis amputation is an unusual event in medicine. At Son La Provincial General Hospital, every year, the Department of General Surgery receives several cases of penile amputation.

The severed penis usually comes from 3 main groups of causes: Self-cutting patients (due to depression, mental disorders); cut by his wife, girlfriend, etc. (due to jealousy, emotional conflict) or by accident (work accident, traffic accident…).
