VN-Index suddenly increased by more than 25 points

At 9:40, VN-Index increased 7.39 points (0.5%) to 1,476.46 points. The uptrend was maintained until the end of the morning session. Pausing in the morning session, VN-Index increased by 10.77 points (0.73%) to 1,479.87 points. HNX-Index increased by 4.64 points (1.03%) to 455.85 points and the UPCoM-Index decreased by 0.3% to 115.69 points.

After the lunch break, the uptrend was extended when a series of blue-chips increased sharply VN-Index speed up. At 13:57, VN-Index increased by 19.42 points (1.32%) to 1,488.52 points. In which, NVL was pulled to the ceiling price of 82,400 VND/share, VHM increased by 3.5%, PDR increased by 5.1%, MSN increased by 5.9%…

Towards the end of the session, the market became more and more positive with strong breakthroughs of stock groups. The group real estate led the market to gain with a series of strong gainers such as VHM, DXG, KDH, VIC…

Purple was also recorded in some small and medium-cap codes such as HQC, DIG, LDG, FLC, HUT…

Banking and securities also attracted cash flow again and many stocks such as VND, VCI, MBS, TVB, SHS…

At the end of the session on March 21, the VN-Index increased by 25.85 points (1.76%) and climbed to the highest level of the day 1,494.95 points. The whole floor had 326 gainers and 113 losers.

Similarly, HNX-Index increased 7.08 points (1.57%) to the highest level of the day at 458.29 points. The floor had 154 advancers and 85 decliners. UPCom-Index increased 0.12% to 116.18 points.

Market liquidity was average with a trading value of about 29,000 billion dong on 3 exchanges. A positive point in the session was that foreign investors continued to be net buyers of nearly 1,100 billion dong on HoSE. The most collected codes were STB (116 billion), GEX (113 billion) and GAS (61 billion).
