According to witnesses, at that time, suspect Bui Van Dang (born in 1990, residing in Keo Quang village, Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province) stabbed him with a knife, the People’s Public Security newspaper reported. the abdomen, the area near the spleen on the left side of Mr. Bui Van Chinh (SN 1981), Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province. Although the victim then ran away, he was still chased by Bui Van Dang and cut his neck with a knife, causing Mr. Chinh to die on the spot.
Next, suspect Bui Van Dang went to the street, met Mr. Tran Van Dung (SN 1983, residing in Minh Xuan commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province) and continued to stab Mr. Dung with a knife, seriously injuring him. Currently, Mr. Dung has been taken to the emergency room at Yen Bai Provincial General Hospital.
After committing the crime, Bui Van Dang fled the scene. The police deployed forces to arrest the subject.
According to Dan Tri, subject Bui Van Dang has not left the house for about 10 days, often plays games and has mental symptoms.

The leader of the People’s Committee of Luc Yen district said that by the afternoon of the same day, the functional forces were still actively pursuing the suspect.
“Currently, the functional forces have identified the subject who is hiding in the rocky area of Khe Quang village, about 200 meters from the scene, but due to the difficult terrain and many caves, the suspect has not been arrested yet. Authorities mobilized more than 100 people including police, militia and people to arrest the Party,” the leader of the People’s Committee of Luc Yen district informed on the evening of March 21.
