Previously, on February 14, Bac Ninh Provincial Police initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and ordered the arrest of the accused for temporary detention for Tan Tu Hai – a member of the Board of Directors, former General Director of Tay Ninh Company. Lake; Dang Quang Tuan – Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tay Ho Company; Phan Viet Anh – former Deputy General Director of Tay Ho Company; Chu Thi Ngoc Nga – Head of the Supervisory Board of Tay Ho Company.

The prosecution and detention was carried out after the results of the investigation and verification of the criminal denunciation of Mr. Ph.QT and the shareholders of Tay Ho Company.

The decision to prosecute is also based on the file of the Criminal Investigation Department of Crime, Corruption and Smuggling (C03), which the Ministry of Public Security sent to request an investigation and clarification of the leadership of Tay Ho Company. violated the law during the implementation of the Que Vo new urban area project.

It is known that Tay Ho Company is the investor of the Que Vo new urban area project – Bac Ninh, which has been deployed since 2003 including land for housing construction to be used as villas, social houses and residential houses. lot division. In addition, the project also has land for schools, administrative offices, commercial, cultural and exhibition centers; green land, traffic land…

Currently, the project has only 118 land lots with a total area of ​​29,115.2 m2, belonging to the land area of ​​18.1 ha, which has been granted a certificate of land use right by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province, of which 75 land plots are eligible for transfer. and 43 lots are not eligible for transfer.

The process of selling land at the Que Vo I New Urban Area project of Tay Ho Company is also accused of lacking transparency, showing signs of tax evasion, illegal profit, damaging shareholders’ interests and causing losses. State budget.

Tay Ho Company was established in 1984, address at No. 2, Lane 9, Dang Thai Mai Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. Initially, this was a state-owned enterprise, but in 2004 it changed to the form of state-owned shares.

Mr. Tan Tu Hai and Ms. Chu Thi Ngoc Nga were also accused of manipulation, turning Tay Ho Company, a state-owned enterprise, into a “nepotism”.

In addition, in the audit report of Hanoi Construction Corporation by the State Audit issued at the end of 2020, Tay Ho Company has not fulfilled the land use levy obligation for 9.9ha of land for many years. at the project of Que Vo new urban area.
