Previously, according to Mr. Dung, Ho Chi Minh City used to let F1 students go live learning. However, after the new guidance of the Ministry of Health, Ho Chi Minh City has strictly complied. Accordingly, F1 students must stay at home for 5 days if they have had 2 doses of the vaccine, and stay home for 7 days if they have not received the Covid-19 vaccine.

Currently, there are nearly 100,000 students, teachers and staff in schools in Ho Chi Minh City, F0. Therefore, many F1 students also have to stay home from school. In many cases, students were constantly identified as F1 and had to stay at home for a long time. Meanwhile, in many educational institutions, it is also very difficult because many teachers are F0, and the physical conditions are not enough to adequately meet both face-to-face teaching and online teaching for students. students are F0, F1.

Therefore, Mr. Dung believes that the proposal for F1 students to go to school is to minimize the current difficulties and create favorable conditions for both students, parents and the school.
