Enrollment in the 10th grade of English is made among the students who have been accepted into the 10th grade of the school with the following requirements: The score of each skill of the whole year of 9th grade English enhancement is 6.0 points or more. up/ or have a foreign language certificate at level 3 or a certificate of level B1 or higher according to the CEFR framework/ or Cambridge PET certificate with a score of 140/170 (or 140/210) or higher/ or FCE with a score of 140/190 ( or 140/210 points) or higher/ or TOEFL Junior certificate with 785/900 points or higher or level 1 (Level 1) from 56 points or more of PTE General or PTE General certificate Level 2 pass or be a student Studying the Middle School Integrated English Program with a GPA in Grade 9 Integrated English of 6.0 or higher/or equivalent English certificates.

Grade 10 integrated English program

The number of integrated English classes is from 25 to 35 students/class, if the number of students who pass and submit the application is not enough 25 students or more, schools do not open integrated English classes at that school. Students who have submitted their application will be considered to transfer back to a school that offers an integrated English class with the quota, or to be considered for grade 10 according to 3 aspirations or to change the appropriate type of study.

Group 1: Students participating in the integrated English program at the junior high school level in Ho Chi Minh City must meet the following conditions: to participate in the enrollment of 10th grade high school in Ho Chi Minh City; register 2 aspirations of the integrated English program (Volunteer 1 and Voter 2).

Based on the entrance exam scores for the 10th grade high school and the average score of the integrated English program, these students will be prioritized for placement in schools that offer an integrated English program.

How to calculate the admission score for the integrated English program is calculated: Admission score = Literature score + Foreign Language score + Math score + GPA of the Integrated English program (on a 10-point scale).

Group 2: Students who do not participate in the integrated English program at lower secondary level in Ho Chi Minh City must satisfy the following conditions: Graduate from high school with good grade or higher; Participated in the enrollment of 10th grade high school students in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to the 3 prescribed subjects of Literature, Mathematics, and Foreign Languages, students must register and take the integrated English exam. Students register for 2 programs of integrated English program (option 1 and option 2).

Grade 10 strengthens Chinese

Hung Vuong High School, Tran Khai Nguyen High School, Tran Quang Khai High School and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia High School, enrolling 10th graders to enhance Chinese language among students who have been admitted to class 10 of the school with the scores of each skill of the whole school. in grade 9 strengthen Chinese with a score of 6 or higher or have a HSK certificate of level 3 or higher.

Grade 10 Japanese (foreign language 1):

Le Quy Don High School, Trung Vuong High School and Marie Curie High School enroll students in class 10 Japanese (foreign language 1). French Enhancement:

Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School and Marie Curie High School enroll students in grade 10 to strengthen French among students who have been admitted to grade 10 of the school and in accordance with the regulations of Education and Training. Recruit candidates who have completed the secondary school bilingual French program and have a score of 5 points or higher in the French entrance exam.

French (foreign language 2):

Tran Dai Nghia High School and Phan Dang Luu High School for the Gifted recruit French (foreign language 2) from students who have passed their 10th grade.

Grade 10 Korean (foreign language 2)
