Dr. Hoang Van Pao – Chairman of the Cultural Heritage Association of Lang Son province shared: “Naturally, all rivers in Vietnam flow in the direction of Northwest – Southeast, but this river flows in the opposite direction. ie Southeast – Northwest This river is over 240km long, originates from Bac Xa hamlet, Bac Xa commune, Dinh Lap district. Its last point is Binh Nghi, now the Binh Nghi border gate that the Chinese side calls. This is Binh Nhi, where I am standing, is the South Bank of Ky Cung River, this is a complex of relics. Especially in feudal times, this place was the place where the gods of two countries crossed. Another important meaning is the river. This place is full of culture, from Loc Binh to Binh Do of Trang Dinh district, there are many festivals such as Vang Khac festival, Ky Cung Ta Phu festival…”.

After 2 years of absence from the festival, at the beginning of 2022, a number of activities have been restarted to preserve the cultural beauty and stimulate local tourism.
