Dao Thanh Binh, secretary of the commune’s Youth Union, ran to first place and jumped down to pick up the victim ashore. After almost 15 minutes, the baby’s body started to turn red and his heart started beating again. Medics then transferred the child to the Nga Son County General Hospital and alerted the family.
On the morning of November 2, the baby was discharged from the hospital, his body parameters are fine.
Khanh said that Lieutenant Ha Minh Hai was a former officer of the criminal police team, the Nga Son district police. Second Lieutenant Hai was transferred to the position of Deputy Chief of Police of the Commune Nga Bach under the Project “Organizing regular policemen to take up the position of Commune Police” in June 2020.
“In the commune, Lieutenant Hai is a young cadre who is very enthusiastic and energetic in his work and always successfully completes the assigned tasks,” said Mr Khanh.
