Russia released a video of Ukraine deploying rocket artillery in civilian areas
On the night of March 21, the Russian Defense Ministry released a video recording the scenes of multiple artillery batteries deployed by Ukraine in a civilian area on the outskirts of Kiev.

“Ukrainian extremist nationalists continue to use residential areas and social facilities as ‘shields’. There, they placed artillery systems and opened fire on units of the Russian army,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov told Zvezda TV.

“In the Vynohradar district on the outskirts of Kiev, Ukrainian extremists occupied apartment buildings for several days and used multiple rocket launchers to attack our soldiers. The shopping center located nearby is also used as a warehouse to store missile ammunition,” Konashenkov added.

According to Konashenkov, the above multiple rocket artillery batteries were destroyed by Russian long-range precision weapons.
