Around 1 a.m. on March 20, Hien drove a car BKS 51H-770.90 carrying Bui Van Dat (SN 1995, living in Ho Chi Minh City) carrying a Japanese sword and a knife ahead. Nguyen Van Son (born 1982, hometown of Dong Thap) drives a crane truck carrying Tran Thanh Phong (SN 1997) and Tran Thanh Binh (SN 1991), from the same hometown of Hau Giang, walking behind to the location of the yellow apricot tree.
Arriving, Mai, Dat and Tien took up arms and stormed in to control the two custodians so that the subjects Son, Binh and Phong could go to the apricot tree to hide.
Through the investigation, Di An City Police arrested 6 subjects with exhibits of 1 yellow apricot tree, 1 crane truck, 1 car, 1 Japanese sword, 1 knife… It is known that the yellow apricot tree is worth about 150 million dong.
