According to the winning contract, the deposit loss period is 180 days. According to tax regulations, after 90 days, the tax authorities will gradually apply forms of tax coercion. Currently, these two businesses are having to pay tax late payment 0.03%/day.

Dream Republic Joint Stock Company won the auction of land lot number 3-5 (area of ​​6,446m .).²). This enterprise has to pay 3,820 billion dong of land use fee and 500 million dong of registration fee for the area performing commercial and service functions.

Sheen Mega Joint Stock Company won the auction of land lot 3-8 (area 8,568.1m)²), pay 4,000 billion dong of land use levy, be exempted from paying registration fee according to the guidance on registration fee for residential land area.

If these two businesses pay money, Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department will collect about 8,000 billion VND. At present, the tax authority’s system is calculating late payment interest with this amount because it is past due. Businesses must pay registration fee and 50% of land use fee in the first phase. The deadline for payment of the first installment is the date. 7/2 last.
