Top highest paid players in Ligue 1 | PSG has no rival
According to the latest announcement of L’Equipe, there are 18 PSG stars in the top 20 highest-paid players in Ligue 1. The other two players featured in this list are Ben Yedder (£542,000/month ranked 15th. ) and Cesc Fabregas (£500,000/month ranked 18th) of AS Monaco.
The most surprising thing is that Messi is not the highest-paid player in PSG as previously speculated. The Argentine superstar is only ranked 2nd in the top 20 highest-paid players in Ligue 1 with £2.8 million/month, behind teammate Neymar who is receiving a salary of £3.4 million/month.
In third place is Kylian Mbappe with a salary of 1.85 million pounds/month. Marquinhos and Marco Verratti are tied for fourth with £1m/month. In turn are Hakimi (£903,000/month), Keylor Navas (£834,000/month), Angel Di Maria (£792,000/month). The last player among these is Layvin Kurzawa with £417,000/month.
