On March 22, 2022, Saigon – Hanoi Bank (SHB) launched Robot – SAHA Assistant to directly serve customers at SHB headquarters, 77 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi. Smart robots will appear throughout the system in the near future.

When the customer enters the transaction, the Robot – SAHA Assistant will automatically move to greet, measure the customer’s temperature, guide the customer to the counter… Especially, the customer can ask the SAHA assistant all information about promotions, products, services… quickly and conveniently, instead of waiting in line at the counter.

In case the customer needs to talk to the bank staff for further assistance, the SAHA assistant will guide the customer to the counter according to their needs. This not only helps customers have new experiences in digital technology, saving considerable time when going to the bank, but also helps customers minimize contact, contributing to the community in disease prevention.

As one of the first customers to experience with SAHA assistant, Ms. Hoang Ngan shared: “Being welcomed and advised by a robot is a very new and exciting experience! To my surprise the SAHA assistant was able to accurately answer all service inquiries and direct me to the right counter. Thanks to the appearance of SAHA Assistant, I had a happy and favorable trading day at SHB.”

Mr. Do Quang Vinh – Deputy General Director cum Head of Digital Banking Division of SHB said: “In the coming time, SHB will quickly expand the number of transaction points using customer support robots, towards the deployment of space. digital transactions throughout the system. The service utilities that SAHA Assistant provides will continue to be added and diversified in the next upgraded versions. With the philosophy of “customer-centered”, the introduction of Smart Robots into transactions has marked a new step for SHB on the journey of digital banking development; constantly improving customer experience, once again affirming that the bank has been aggressively investing and modernizing the bank with a series of projects and synchronous digital solutions.
