Currently, the Academy has completed the procedure for introducing personnel, consulting the Ministry of Health.

Regarding the handling of letters from employees of Tue Tinh Hospital, on March 16, the Academy invited the Inspector of the Ministry of Health to work with the Hospital’s Board of Directors on the handling of 52 letters of officials.

Ms. Le Thanh Binh, Head of Trade Union Group, Tue Tinh Hospital, said that in February and March, 154 medical staff were owed 100% of their salary instead of 50% as in the previous period. Out of these, 4 officers had to quit their jobs because they couldn’t make ends meet.

Not receiving a satisfactory explanation from hospital leaders, medical staff urgently asked for help from the community.

“When we saw that we had the intention to continue “going down the street”, the academy’s leadership again promised to lend the hospital to pay salaries. We would like to emphasize that this time “down the street” is not merely a demanding wages, but also to reclaim a clean and healthy working environment at Tue Tinh Hospital, so that we can focus on our work. salary,” Ms. Binh said.

The leader of the Trade Union Group, Tue Tinh Hospital affirmed that this time, officials and employees at Tue Tinh Hospital need a definitive solution, without ambiguity, without empty promises.
