Notably, on March 13, Vingroup reported to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and members of the central delegation on the idea of investing in 3 super large projects with a total area of more than 16,800 hectares. in Cam Lam district, including: Airport Urban Area Project, Ecological Urban Area Project, Tourism, Commercial and Entertainment Complex Project. If approved, the project will start construction in June 2023 and after 2 years the shape of the complex urban area will take shape.
According to Vingroup, when the project is implemented, it will turn rural and mountainous areas into a high-class city of international class. Prominent is the center, the global intelligence, the center of health, education, and the world’s leading luxury health care and resort services.
These two particularly large projects have the destination of Cam Lam – a district bordering the sea, located to the west of Nha Trang city.
Planning into an airport urban area, world-class
Recently, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee signed a decision approving the land use planning of Cam Lam district until 2030. The goal of planning is develop Cam Lam district into an airport urban, modern, ecological and world-class.
