Before the above developments, the People’s Committee of Dong Xoai City requested units and localities in the city to temporarily suspend the separation of agricultural land plots for land plots not adjacent to roads.
For land plots adjacent to roads, the division of land parcels shall be temporarily suspended for plots with an area of less than 2,000m2 in the ward and under 3,000m2 in the commune; at the same time, do not separate land plots for land plots with approved 1/500 scale planning. For other cases, still follow the regulations.
