Asim Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (Asim Telecom), the developer of the Local mobile network, and the Vietnam Young Doctors Association signed an agreement to develop a nationwide counseling program to support COVID-19 patients through the application. use myLocal.vn.
According to the agreement between Asim Telecom and the Vietnam Association of Young Physicians, the nationwide COVID-19 patient support counseling program will be implemented through the call center and myLocal.vn application, supporting the treatment of F0 patients at home. and post-COVID-19 health advice, guidelines for the treatment of post-COVID-19 symptoms.
ASIM Telecom has developed an online medical consultation feature on the myLocal.vn application platform, helping to connect communication between people and medical forces and doctors. This is a tool to create a direct and immediate communication channel between medical staff, doctors and patients, helping patients quickly find advice and information support. Users of myLocal.vn application will receive direct online medical advice on symptoms after being infected with COVID-19 and other specialties through chat or video call, answer and support.
The Vietnam Young Physicians Association and a team of doctors and nurses with professional qualifications and expertise allocating all medical fields will become members, directly participating in support and answering consultation requests of patients. use the myLocal.vn application. When participating in patient consultations on myLocal.vn, doctors can experience the virtual hospital model. Accordingly, the Medical Consultation feature will include different specialties and doctors will be routed by the system to receive a ticket for a consultation according to the previously registered specialty clinic. With the advantage of system design, the Medical Advice feature helps doctors easily track the problem from the time of receipt until the completion of answering questions for the people.
The online medical consultation feature on the myLocal.vn application has been put into testing and connected with the team of doctors since December 2021. Along with the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, the feature will continue to be perfected and put into service for people across the country.
