Only 57m² but this apartment has super standard ways of storing things
With an area of only 57m², this apartment is quite mysterious when it is tight and has many walls. Therefore, when moving here, the owner had to plan a very detailed renovation such as removing the wall separating the kitchen and dining room. But most notably, the storage system and many smart solutions are cleverly applied.

The house after renovation looks airy and bright.
Because the small capital area has to be divided into different areas, the first thing the homeowner chooses is white for the entire wall, many large shelves as well as the interior. In addition, the interior size is also chosen very carefully when it is both compact and has neutral color tones, avoiding the feeling of heaviness and cramped living space. Finally, the idea of expanding the space from the loggia with glass walls also helps the living – kitchen – dining space of the apartment to be larger and more beautiful.

The reception area is small but cozy and luxurious.

But the most significant thing in this area is the storage space. To ensure a huge storage space without making the house feel heavy, the homeowner and architect used a hidden storage method with high ceilings. Plus the background white color element, at first glance, you will hardly notice behind the main wall are the warehouses with huge capacity. This, of course, also helps the house to be more airy and beautiful.

At first glance this area looks very ordinary…
… but it can hide an entire inventory.
The kitchen-dining area is not large but is handled very skillfully when separated by a handy bar table cum kitchen cabinet. Once again, the interior system is high up to the wall and is designed specifically according to the needs of the owner, helping to keep the cooking area, although very small, neat and convenient.
Another interesting thing is that despite using a lot of white tones, this apartment does not feel boring. That is thanks to the delicate decorations such as paintings, potted plants, and a few small decor sets carefully selected by the owner. Even the block-shaped brick wall in the processing area, although very rustic, is still a subtle highlight.

The kitchen is small but comfortable and functional.
The bedroom in the apartment is quite small, and in fact it only has space for a double bed and 2 nightstands. The rest are a few shelving systems designed to be wall-mounted to satisfy the owner’s need to store a small collection.

Although the area is small, this apartment also has a mobile working corner cum sofa bed in case of guests staying. Simple, light yet multi-functional, that’s probably the secret to this small yet comfortable apartment and so easy to manage!
