Police investigate clip of biological mother suspected of brutally beating her daughter in Ho Chi Minh City

On the afternoon of March 23, related to a clip on a social network with the content that the biological mother had a behavior beat barbaric daughter in Ho Chi Minh City, authorities are investigating and verifying.
Mr. Tran Huy Phong – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ward 5, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City said that the unit has obtained information related to the clip that is believed to be a mother abusing her biological daughter occurring in the area.
