The Ministry of Foreign Affairs updates the results of the second round of the civil servant recruitment exam in the 2021 period

1. The list of results of the entrance exam for part I – round 2 is in the attached file below:

– Candidates with deadlines 15 days From the date of announcement of the test results, to Thursday, April 7, 2022, calculated by the postmark on the envelope, to submit a re-examination application (if any) to the head of the Recruitment Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

(i) Address to receive the application for review:

Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, No. 7 Chu Van An, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

(ii) An application for review must contain the following contents:

+ Full name, date of birth, registration number of the candidate.

+ The test in part I – round 2 requires re-examination.

(iii) Review fee: 150,000 VND/test.

– The list was posted at the Diplomatic Academy, No. 69 Chua Lang Street, Dong Da, Hanoi and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, No. 6 Alexandre de Rhodes, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Expected next schedule:

– Guidance on the interview process in part II – round 2: Expected in the first half of April after the review period at the Diplomatic Academy.

– Part II – round 2, interview: Expected in the second half of April at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

List of candidates summoned for part II – round 2 exam; The detailed schedule (time, location), how to organize and guide the interview and exam process for Part II – Round 2 will be announced in early April 2022, after the deadline for the review expires.
