The NATO country sent fighter jets to deal with strange planes from Ukraine

RT reported, the Hungarian Defense Ministry confirmed that the country sent Saab JAS 39 Gripen fighters on March 21 to deal with an unidentified machine that entered Hungarian airspace from the Ukrainian side.

According to the announcement, the mission was directed by the NATO Air Force Joint Operations Center. At around noon yesterday, radars detected a strange aircraft moving through the airspace east of Hungary towards Slovakia – a country bordered by Hungary to the north.

Hungarian fighters patrolled the airspace and made sure there was no threat before returning to Kecskemet airbase in Bacs-Kiskun district. The identity of the unidentified aircraft has not been released.
