According to initial information, at more than 12 o’clock on the same day, Mr. ND (SN 1984, resident of Thanh Duc commune) drove a pickup truck (unknown BKS) carrying his pregnant wife about to give birth and their 2-year-old son. traffic on Ho Chi Minh road, from Anh Son district to Thanh Chuong.
