Mr. Tran Huy Phong – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ward 5, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City said that the unit has obtained information related to the clip that is believed to be a mother abusing her biological daughter occurring in the area.
According to Mr. Phong, as soon as he understood the case, he asked the police of ward 5 to investigate and clarify. “Currently the ward police are in the process of verifying, when there is specific information about the case, it will be announced later,” Phong informed.
