On March 23, Mr. Vu Van Duong, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quynh Bang Commune (Quynh Luu District, Nghe An) said that early this morning, local people discovered the body of a young man in the water canal, the functional forces were investigate the cause.

Initial information said that around 1:30 a.m. on March 23, some locals discovered a motorbike under the N28 water canal (in Tam Tien hamlet, Quynh Bang commune). During the inspection, in addition to the motorbike that was soaked in water, there was also the body of a young man next to the motorbike.

Information is then reported to local authorities and authorities. The victim’s identity was later identified as LV D. (SN 1996, residing in Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district).

At the scene, on the road surface where the victim’s body was discovered, there was a long trail of cars, damaged motorbikes in the ditch. The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.

In another development, a leader of the People’s Committee of Dong Van commune (Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province) confirmed that an electric accident occurred in the area, causing a tragic death of a young man.

Before that, at about 6:30 pm on March 21, Mr. NXC (born in 1997, residing in Dinh Son hamlet, Dong Van commune) climbed onto the corrugated iron roof of his family to repair electricity when he was unfortunately electrocuted, fell to the ground and died. It is known that Mr. C. is the youngest child in a family of 4 sisters and will hold a wedding in a few days.

Immediately after the accident happened, the local government organized a visit and condolences to the victim’s family.
