Thereby, the police determined that the mother and daughter of Mrs. N. used gasoline to burn the apartment to commit suicide. Before that, at about 4:15 on the same day, people heard a loud explosion coming from Mrs. N’s apartment on the 10th floor of the Carillon 5 apartment building located on Luy Ban Bich street, Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu district, so they shouted.
Upon receiving the news, the force mobilized many fire engines and dozens of officers and soldiers present to fight the fire. Minutes later, the fire was completely under control. The fire caused the death of two of Mrs. N.’s mother and daughter.
