Honda HR-V 2022 officially launched, price converted from 566 million

Indonesia is the first market in the world to receive the Honda HR-V 2022.

On March 23, 2022, Honda officially introduced the new generation HR-V in the Indonesian market through an online event. The car is distributed with 4 versions (S, E, SE, Turbo RS) and 2 engine options, starting price from 355.9 million Rupiah (about 568 million VND).

3 versions S, E and SE are equipped with a 4-cylinder gasoline engine, naturally aspirated, 1.5L capacity, producing a maximum capacity of 121 horsepower and maximum torque of 145 Nm.

Particularly, the Turbo RS version will use a 4-cylinder petrol engine, turbocharged, 1.5L capacity for a maximum capacity of 175 horsepower and maximum torque of 240 Nm.

All versions of Honda HR-V 2022 in Indonesia use a CVT continuously variable transmission. In addition, the car also has 3 driving modes: Sport, Normal and ECON.

Thus, Indonesia is the first market in the world to receive the Honda HR-V 2022 using a turbocharged engine. At the same time, this is the second market in the world to have the Honda HR-V RS 2022, after Thailand. However, in Thailand, the RS version is equipped with an e:HEV hybrid powertrain.

Honda HR-V 2022 WILL BE

In the standard S version, Honda HR-V 2022 owns interior and exterior equipment such as full LED headlights, LED DLRs, 17-inch alloy wheels, 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster, system infotainment with 7-inch touch screen with smartphone connectivity and 4-speaker sound system.

Safety equipment on the Honda HR-V 2022 S version has the Honda Sensing package and many other features such as: automatic locking and rear seat reminder, body stability support, ABS, EBD, electronic parking brake, keep automatic brake, support horizontal departure.

Honda HR-V 2022 E

Honda HR-V 2022 E version adds remote start, fog lights and sports front bumper, automatic gearshift paddles, car mirrors with integrated LED turn signals and charging port for the second row. Inside the cabin, there are seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gearshift knob, and air-conditioning vents for the rear seats.

Honda HR-V 2022 SE

In the SE version, Honda HR-V 2022 has more LED fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, 8-inch touch screen for the infotainment system, Honda Lanewatch feature, multi-angle view camera in behind.

The most advanced version of RS is added with a sports bodykit and dual exhaust pipes. Equipment on the Honda HR-V 2022 RS version can be mentioned as a 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, a 4-speaker sound system combined with 2 tweeters, 3 driving modes, hands-free door opening and 6 airbags.

It is expected that around the second quarter of 2022, the Honda HR-V 2022 will be brought to Vietnam in the form of a CBU imported car from Thailand, most likely the car will use the e:HEV hybrid powertrain.
