Previously, Bao had set fire to his lover’s house in Ward 7, Vung Tau City, then left the locality.

As VietNamNet reported, on the morning of March 20, the police of Ward 7, Vung Tau City received news that the family of Mr. TQV (55 years old, residing on Le Hong Phong street, ward 7) was sleeping when an object was attacked. Pour gasoline in front of the house and light it on fire.

During the investigation, extracting data from the security camera, the police agency determined that the incident happened at 1:07 a.m., when Mr. V’s family was sleeping, the people in the opposite house heard the barking dog, so they went out to see. , at this time saw Le Ngoc Bao pouring gasoline and lighting a fire in front of Mr. V’s house, then ran away.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. V. shouted with his neighbors to put out the fire in time, so no human damage occurred. At the scene, the metal main door was burnt black and the ceramic tiles, wall and ceiling in front of the house.

Through investigation, it was determined that Le Ngoc Bao had an emotional relationship with Ms. TTB (the daughter of TQV) but was banned and prevented by Mr. V’s family, so Bao was angry and burned his lover’s house.

Before that, Bao also repeatedly came to disturb and injure Mr. V’s family members, then he was prosecuted for the act of intentionally causing injury.
