When L.’s friend took 20,000 VND to pay, the shop owner refused to sell retail but sold in full boxes. My friend L. heard that, refused to buy and left. When getting out of the car where L. was waiting, this girlfriend told L. After listening to L., she said to her friend: “Why do you buy a lot, go back and sew your mouth?”

As soon as he finished speaking, Mr. T ran out from the grocery store, chased after the car of two female students, and then pulled L.’s friend sitting in the back of the car and fell onto the road. Next, Mr. T. beat and trampled L.’s body with his hands and feet repeatedly. After assaulting L., Mr. T left home. L. was brought home by a friend in a state of panic, bruises on her face and some parts of her body. After that, his family took him to Duc Tho District General Hospital for treatment, but his condition did not improve, so he was transferred to Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital. Here, the doctor diagnosed L. with a concussion due to being beaten.
“After a week in hospital, my daughter was able to go home. However, I kept complaining of headaches, my mind was still scared. Recently, when he went to school, he had convulsions, vomited and kept calling him scared. The family was too worried, so they continued to take him to a hospital in Nghe An for treatment.”Ms. Nguyet said.
According to Ms. Nguyet, after the incident happened, the family filed a complaint against Mr. T. to Lam Trung Thuy Commune Police and Duc Tho District Police, requesting to handle Mr. T. for intentionally causing injury. for people under 16 years old. As a result, the injury rate that L. suffered was 6%.

This case was later investigated and confirmed by the police. determined that the thief was someone else, not my daughter.” Ms. Nguyet shared more.
Regarding this incident, Captain Thai Hoang – Chief of Lam Trung Thuy Commune Police, said that after receiving a denunciation from Ms. Nguyet’s family, the commune police launched an investigation. Realizing that the case had criminal signs because it was related to assaulting a person under the age of 16, he transferred all the files to the district police for handling.
Senior Colonel Tran Thanh Tuan – Deputy Head of the Department of Investigation and Investigation of Duc Tho District Police said that, through verification and investigation, there have been enough grounds to prosecute the case of intentionally causing injury to people under 16 years of age.
“L.’s injury assessment results are under 11%, but because he is under 16 years old, there are still enough grounds to prosecute. We will continue to work further with the victim’s family and will handle the case according to regulations.” Colonel Tuan said.
