This is a narrow area, so many construction experts think that it is difficult to call for investment in such a high-class hotel complex.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien – Hue province, said that currently the works on these two land plots are still usable, so according to regulations, they must be auctioned. Therefore, after winning the auction, investors have to demolish these headquarters to build a high-class hotel complex, leading to a rather high cost.

On the other hand, these are large land plots, investors have to pay once, so it is likely to affect the amount of investment capital and economic efficiency. “There have been 5-6 investors who came to report on investment plans but were unable to participate because of the above reasons.
