Together for more than 50 years, Bao Quoc and his wife still keep their love as warm as when they were young. Since moving to the US, Bao Quoc and his wife have lived with the family of their daughter – artist Hong Loan in California. In 2016, he underwent surgery to remove a liver tumor, so his health was more or less affected. She is also the one who skillfully connects family members when living in foreign countries.

At the age of 73, Bao Quoc still occasionally sets up comedy groups and plays plays to serve overseas Vietnamese. At the end of each performance, the male artist rarely gathers friends to eat, drink and party, but runs back to his family. “Apart from art, most of my life is spent with my family. I don’t drink or gamble because I want to set an example for my children and grandchildren and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the family. Lucky to have a medium wife. Therefore, our home is always perfect,” Bao Quoc said.

The male artist is healthy and mentally sharp at the age of 73.

Bao Quoc was born in 1949, grew up in a family with a tradition of reforming. His father is artist Nam Nghia, mother is Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tho – also known as “Bau Tho” of Thanh Minh Cai Luong troupe – one of the most famous singing troupes in the South.
