VINASEED digitizes business and administration processes with FPT IS

This is an important cooperation project between FPT IS and the Agriculture Group, which has a large scale and market share in the Vietnamese seed industry. The project is one of the important pieces in VINASEED’s roadmap to digital transformation of corporate governance, creating “leverage” to help VINASEED improve its competitiveness and grow stronger.

Accordingly, cooperating with FPT IS to implement a synchronous digital transformation project with 3 sets of solutions provided by FPT IS: SPRO solution for process digitization and automatic assignment, CRM customer relationship management solution. and DMS distribution channel management solution.

These are all solutions researched and developed by FPT IS in the spirit of Make in Vietnam and have been successfully applied in many large companies. VINASEED’s orientation through the transfer of digital solutions of FPT IS will contribute to comprehensively improve customer experience, open up new business opportunities, optimize distribution channels based on real-time information; improve work efficiency, automate processes, build paperless offices, thereby saving time and optimizing resources.

The project was implemented within 8 months at VINASEED Group and 5 member companies, namely Southern Seed Joint Stock Company and Quang Nam Central Seed Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Rice Co., Ltd. Ha Tay Seed Joint Stock Company and Ha Nam Hi-Tech Agriculture Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
