Because Mr. T had a conflict with a driver for Duan 5 years ago, he asked Duan to drive this person to the shop to talk.

At this time, Duan said this driver had quit his job and went to the car to leave. However, T ran after and took a stone picked up by the roadside and hit Duan in the face.

Angered, Duan got into the car and took a gun and shot him repeatedly, causing the victim to fall to the ground. After committing the crime, Duan left the scene, only T was supported by people to take him to the emergency room.

Through the investigation of the scene, the functional forces recovered a number of bullet casings and rubber bullets.

After being mobilized, subject Duan went to the police station to surrender and hand over the gun that committed the crime.
