Beating a female student who had a concussion from a sewing needle

Tinh, 39 years old, lives in Lam Trung Thuy commune, was tried and barred from leaving his residence for the crime Intentionally causing injuryaccording to article 134 of the Criminal Code, Duc Tho district police said on the evening of March 25.

According to the investigation, on the afternoon of January 16, the 10th grader and his friend rode an electric bicycle to Mr. Tinh to buy two sewing needles for sewing. When the friend entered the transaction, Mr. Tinh said: “Don’t sell every needle in retail, just sell the whole box”.

When her friend came out to tell the story, the student immediately said: “Why buy a lot, go back to sewing your mouth?” The two ride their electric bikes to and from each other. Authorities alleged that Tinh then ran out of the shop in pursuit, pulled the two girls into the street, beat and trampled on the 10th grader repeatedly and then left.

The victim was taken by his family members to Ha Tinh General Hospital for treatment in a panicked state, with injuries to his head and back. Doctors diagnosed him with a concussion, with 6% damage to his health.

The female student was treated for several weeks and then discharged from the hospital. Recently, when she went to school, she had convulsions, vomiting, and psychological instability, and her family took her to the hospital in Nghe An for monitoring.

Receiving a complaint from the victim’s family, the Duc Tho Police carried out an investigation. The police said that although the result of the victim’s injury assessment was below 11%, the behavior of Mr. Tinh is dangerous and frustrating, and needs to be taken seriously as a precaution.

Mr Tinh testified that because of a misunderstanding of words, thinking that the 10th grader advised you not to buy sewing needles in his shop, so he became angry and attacked.
