Gasoline prices increase, Indian man rides a horse to work every day

A man who works as a laboratory assistant at a local college in India chooses to ride a horse to work every day because of soaring fuel prices.

The recent spike in fuel prices affects the lives of many people around the world. To deal with the situation, a man in Maharashtra (India) chose horses as his means of transport to work.

When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, public transport was stopped, this man rode a horse named Jigar to the office every day. He rode his horse on a busy street next to cars and motorbikes.

“I bought this horse during the time of social distancing. Gas prices increased, my bike broke down, so I immediately thought of riding a horse to work,” this man shared.

After the video went viral on social media, there were mixed opinions. Many people think that this man’s way is completely reasonable. There are also people who think that riding a horse to work is not economical because the cost of taking care of a horse is more expensive than the cost of gasoline to ride a motorbike each month.
