The project has an investment scale with a length of 21.7km. The starting point is at Km14+00 in Ba La area – Ha Dong district, the end point at Km38+00 ends at Xuan Mai town – Chuong My district, adjacent to Luong Son district – Hoa Binh province (excluding the section passing through Chuc town). Son – Chuong My district from Km19+920 to Km22+220); cross section 50 – 60m.
On the route there are 7 road bridges and 1 box culvert; 4 main intersections, in which the intersections are different from the planned level with National Highway 21A, North-South trunk road and Ring 4, will be implemented under separate projects.
In the immediate future, when the intersections of different levels have not yet been built, the section through the intersection area is designed according to a typical cross-sectional scale in accordance with the red line, ensuring minimum visibility for safety. . Particularly, the Ba La intersection (intersection with National Highway 21B) is designed at the intersection, controlled by signal lights and painted lines.
According to the approval decision, the project has a total investment of more than 8,100 billion VND from the capital of Hanoi city budget and support from the central budget.
The project will be implemented in the period of 2022-2027.
