According to a leader of the People’s Committee of Thuy Phuong ward (Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi), this renovation project follows the policy of Bac Tu Liem district, invested by the district. Degraded items will be repaired and replaced to ensure the longevity of the work. The project is supervised by the community board.

With the combined values ​​of architecture and festivals, on June 25, 2018, Chem communal house received the certificate of recognition of a special national relic. Previously, on June 17, 2016, Dinh Chem Festival was included in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
