After covid, many people tend to leave the city to go to the garden, the demand to buy country land increases, causing land prices to constantly dance.

Massively subdividing residential land lots

In Le Son Nam village (Hoa Tien), residential land is divided into lots for sale with prices ranging from VND 800 million to VND 1 billion, with an area of ​​​​100 – 120m2. According to the broker, the land here is in the process of separating the books, so you need to deposit in advance to keep the place, have the book and then trade. But if the reservation deposit is also priority 2, there is also priority 1 guest who is fully booked.

Seeing that the customer seemed to be confused about the legal issues, the broker immediately consulted and changed direction to Dien Tien commune. Here, the land has been divided into lots, the legal books are clear. A land area of ​​more than 1,000m2 with a concrete road of 3m wide is divided into dozens of lots with an area of ​​120m2/lot for sale for 600-700 million VND/lot.

And yet, at Dai Hiep (Dai Loc), Dai Hiep market area, bordering Hoa Khuong (Da Nang), residential land here is also bought together, then split and sold for 500-700 million VND. /lot is from 100 – 120m2 wide.

I have a plot of garden land to grow annual crops, production costs, much care, but not much profit, suddenly someone asked for a high price, so I sold it. There is a stream in my land behind, I heard they bought it for tourism”, said Mr. Hai – a resident in the area.
