Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association: Recently, people often rush to invest in small and small land with the hope that now some areas in the district are preparing to go to the district, the price fluctuates greatly, but in fact, those who hold the last will very high risk. Because if they invest without planning, their job may be lost when the area opens up or can develop public works. As such, it is very risky. Therefore, Hanoi’s tightening like this is also a warning so that people do not have the mentality to collect and buy small land without paying attention to planning.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association: Here, the first thing they have to do is find out which land they are planning to invest in. If it is only in the current village area, they may have opportunities, but must satisfy the conditions of surrounding infrastructure as well as the origin of land, they have to convert. If they are located in the planning area of ​​a new urban project, the possibility of them being trapped there is unavoidable.
