The video attracted more than 850,000 views after five days of posting. Many people believe that the owners are posting dishonest advertisements. Airbnb confirmed it had resolved the issue for Jen’s team and said it was “taking appropriate action” with the owner. “We are very disappointed to hear about this experience. The guest has received a full refund and we are discussing the matter with the host,” said a representative from the platform.
